I recently tried fitting a zero round 14.5 CC (URX4) upper that I had to various lowers across 4 SR25 lower receivers. Two receivers with 12xxxx serials fit fine while 2 with 17xxxxx did not. The 17xxxx were a V1 FDE blem that was sold a couple of years ago thru Lawmens, and the other is a brand new V2 that is part of a K3 complete rifle purchased about a month ago. The front pin binds at about the halfway point and would need to be hammered home to go all the way thru. Have tried oiling the pin bore and pin but not sure what's causing the binding. Has anyone seen this with large frame receivers? |

There can be some tolerance stacking, especially with takedown pins on upper/lower fit. It's rare, but it does happen. [email protected] will get you taken care of. |
