Been looking for the last 30 minutes and cant find anything stating there is any difference between a premise address and a mailing address in regard to receiving firearms. Need to settle a discussion with the actual law/rule if anyone has the line of reference code. ETA: I believe I'm looking for something that doesn't exist because there is nothing that prohibits mailing guns to a licensees mailing address. |

trobertson5-0 I wasn't put in jail for what I did. I was put in it for what I think. There were FBI agents posting in my threads. I've seen the discovery showing this.

The only way I receive guns in the mail is to my mailing address which is a PO BOX. I'm having an issue with a customer I'd like to settle with an actual statement or reference from the ATF. |

| You can have firearms shipped to anywhere (within your same state, I think) but it used to be that if the address listed on your FFL wasn’t where you need shipments delivered, you’d have problems with shippers sending to your FFL-listed address, instead of the address you ordered the shipment be delivered to. |

For sure, some distributors won't ship to anything but the premises address. I don't use them and send my business elsewhere. |
