No info, but that website looks all but abandoned.  It's still 2022 copywritten, and the job postings don't look recent, nor actually being managed.  I hope they are serious and do well.   They appear to be a part of D & M Holdings out of Florida.  I don't know who that is, but they too are fairly coy on info.  They do claim to have 100 staff members, including the White River Energetics in Arkansas.  They mention nothing about GunPowder, which is where the real need is right now.  Their offerings appear to including consulting services and design work as the priority.  Which isn't the best start, since there's expertise in best practices and optimized design - and then there's project execution all the way from the idea to product leaving the shipping dock in a steady stream.  And the very thin D&M promotional materials appears to promote on the former, more than the later.

Why the ask - do you have access or route to getting some of their products?

Never heard of them, but found a few places that said they're OK primers- like a cross between Serivicios and Ginex, both of which I have used successfully.

Looks like they for sale at Republic Ammunition.

No, I don't. I just happened to stumble upon that website last night.

Here's a vendor but I have no idea if legit or not:

Neat.   Since they take credit cards, very probably legit.  If they were 4 cents and took VenMo and BitCoin, then you'd know.  Primers aren't actually that hard, it's a couple pieces of cheap stamped common alloy and an inexpensive 100+ year old simple tech of a chemical compound in there; with nothing that exotic about it (it's not reliant on some rare elements or particularly complex chemistry).  I don't have any reason to think they won't work or that the website isn't legit.  I will say, the price-point isn't that attractive for an unknown.  IMHO, they are priced a bit high, and are focusing on maximizing margin more than maximizing market-share.  That's cool - I'll let someone else fund that.

There's a thread on Brian Enos about this company's primers. Seems they are legit.

Here's a utube on them  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jTkuVsczg8Q

Here's a comparison of their LRP to Federal > WRE vs Fed 210

Seems they have become recognized recently, as there are a couple threads on other forums.
I've never heard of them nor used their product but from what I have researched, they are legit, have been in the ammo manufacturing consulting business for a while servicing OEM's and recently built their primer facility to supply OEM ammo makers... then just recently started retail offerings.
Anytime I hear 'holding company' or 'investment group' I get suspicious of the real intent and quality.

It was a few months ago so I forget who it was and which thread, but someone on here was making the claim that the owner of WRE recalled all primers at distributors to send overseas to manufacturers.

ETA: found it... https://www.ar15.com/forums/Armory/Market-Trend-I-think-the-primer-shortage-is-about-to-bust-open/42-539016/?page=15#i6049421

I know nothing about them, but DesArc, Arkansas is close to the old Remington plant in Lonoke.

Could be equipment and people from there, strictly speculation

I got some from Republic Ammunition. Haven’t loaded them yet, so no idea as to how well they load or fire.
