You'll need an 08FFL (Importer). ATF used to allows the occasional import by 01Dealers and 07Manufacturers, but only on "sporting firearms", no surplus military firearms. In any event, Ive had several customers use Simpson Ltd. and all said it was handled professionally. They will laser engrave their info on any location you want. |
