I would like to SBR my Mod 2 and want to re-barrel my upper and shorter hand guard. I have not looked for KAC parts in a long time, actually quit looking in frustration. Is this even an option? Is there a KAC shop I can send my upper to that has a KAC 11.5” barrel and parts in stock needed to do this? I am not concerned with resale value, as this is a keeper rifle. |

I haven't personally used any of these (except buying things) but some commonly seen KAC shops to contact would be D wilson mfg, NS armory presample depot and operation parts. I would think if you're looking for a KAC 11.5 barrel operation parts woud be the most likely. There are KAC dealers out there but many of them don't mess with much on the parts side of things. If you can't come up with anything within the timeframe you're wanting the previous responses are correct. |
