Well, my day came a couple days ago and the RRH RECCE RPD that I ordered got dropped off by the brown truck. I gotta say that the Lima Six with the RRH looks amazing. Positive results for the Lima Six have been posted previously in this forum and from what I can see the quality and attention to detail on the Lima Six upper look great. Additional shout out for the build quality of what RRH sent to me. Cody's system looks very solid and feels like it when you lift this puppy up. Also, RRH's heat mitigation system looks unlike anything I have ever seen. When I look though the vent holes the only thing that comes to mind is **Beast Mode On**. The way I shoot these days it's doubtful this thing will ever really be breathing hard but if I do lean on it sometime it looks like will take it no problem. The upper also pinned right on to my Hydra lower with Lima Six front end. Really looking forward to when I can break both systems in.

Sweet! Mine is still a couple months away. Matter of fact my Inoculum lowers and the RRH upper should be ready about the same time if Lady Luck smiles upon me. I'm going to save the second IMG7 lower for the piston driven model. Maybe another Inoculum and a straight L6 by the end of the year so I can have all three flavors. |

If your on the fence I'm here to help push you off of it lol. After having the RRH set up for a while now and a little over 500 rounds in FA (RDIAS) post break in period I cannot give this puppy enough high praise. I've been very happy with it. I'm not one that goes out for the melt down test but I have heated it up a fair amount and I'm very impressed. When RRH comes out with their shorty version I will be dropping more coin as fast as I can log back in to Cody's web site.

But he can't really offer the barrel/heat sinks as loose parts because of the way they are assembled. The heat sinks are pressed on, and the barrel nut must already be in place before that happens. |
