Does anyone have one of these and shoot suppressed? Any issues with the threading and or barrel concentric?
Thanks in advance |

Yes, works great. Have a Griffin Taper Mount on mine for a Bushwhacker46. Would add I already had an alignment rod and it showed no sign of being remotely off center with the can on.
Yeah, well, you know, that's just like your opinion man
I have the 7.62x39 version and it’s perfectly concentric. It’s a great little rifle.

Had no issues with the 20 rounds I fired with a can on ... was using a buddy's Bowers Vers30
On the other hand, the trigger stopped resetting when working the action, I'm about to ship it back under RMA.... |

No issues with my 300 BO or 762x39 RAR’s. Both sound great with my Nomad LT and Hyperion.

So mush fun, sounds like a staple gun

My mind was having a flashback...It looks like Glockspeed posted this in two locations.
The other one got lots of posts and discussion: https://www.ar15.com/forums/armory/Ruger-American-Ranch-300-Blackout-suppressed-/20-540520/ |

Mine with subs and an omega is movie quiet. No issues with the threading. Using silencerco’s quick attach mount.
I run mine with an ASR mount. FIL has one also and uses direct thread with a hybrid. Zero issues for either of us.

I run mine with an omega and love it. In fact it’s my new favorite deer rifle.

Mine works great. I recently upgraded my trigger to a Timney, and couldn’t be happier. For a can I run YHM Resonator K.

Is spectacular!

I have one. Firmed up the stock with epoxy/carbon arrow shaft method and it feels much better. I use a few different cans on it, all mounted with a dead air keymo brake. Zero issues and an absolute hoot to shoot with 300 subs. I highly recommend it.

Had one that could not shoot my 220 grn subs straight. Minor baffle strike. These are handloads that shoot fine from a 10.5" AR. Sold it.

Oh God, look what you just did.
You put ideas of a 8" bolt action in 300 Blackout with a trilug mount for my Rugged Obsidian 45 (rated for sub sonic 300Blk). Put that into a folding chassis...and you got yourself a stew. |

Please post parts list for folding stock and chassis for 300 BO?

Link to stock ETA: I’ll have to cut the chassis hand guard for a can to fit. |

Dang some of you have some sweet setups. My Ranch 300 BLK is an early one and all oem. I have an issue with light primer strikes, as well.

Phenomenal gun. Threads are true.
Threw a youth stock on there (free from Ruger) and my 8yr old daughter will hopefully kill a deer with it this year! Attached File |

Update, I ended up picking up a used Ruger Ranch in 300 BLK. Still haven't gotten it to the range, but soon hopefully.

If you want to hunt with subs check out Discreet Ballistics. Their 188 coppers optimized for the ruger barrel are fantastic. FYI their communication kinda sucks and their backorder delays are beyond rediculous, but the loads are excellent. |

@Gr8Santini it is a Boyds walnut stock with 25% figure. I bought it along with a pepper laminate stock that I am going to use for a .223 or 7.62x39 RAA. Just haven't decided which model to buy next.

Many thanks

Anyone throw a Magpul stock in their RAR? Curious how it’ll change the cheek weld as I’m shipping for scope mounts now and can’t decide on height.
I put the magpul stock on a RAR 7.62x39. The scope was mounted on the original stocked unit and it was fine. When I put the Magpul stock, the cheek was a little high for me. They ship it with the .25 riser. i ordered the 0.00 riser and have not installed it yet. Can't remember the ring height.
Anyone know how much barrel is between the end of the magpul hunter stock and the start of the threads?
About 2 1/4 In. from the end of the stock to the start of the threads. This on a Ruger Ranch 7.62x39 model.
