Afternoon gents,

Picked up a SA Saint 8.5 inch 9mm braced pistol. Had a pile of 9mm Colt SMG mags so it's a perfect fit in my small collection.

Recoil is not bad - straight blowback - but is there anything I can do to make it a little more shootable for beginners ? Install a Kynshot buffer but really not much of a difference. Would a heavier buffer help?

Don't want to break the bank but and ideas greatly appreciated.

You can try a Maxim RDB buffer, but you’ll have to remove the bolt weight, if it has one. Also be aware that manually pulling back the bolt is a lot harder when using the Maxim buffer.
