Yup it's an Omega 7.0

It's an old DPMS kitty barrel.. Shoots like a dream

The DPMS kitty kat barrel was what I wanted to use... however, DPMS lists it as 7.0 on their webpage.  I'm not sure how a 7" rail and 7" barrel would work, since the barrel is set back farther than the rail.  Did you order your barrel new? If so, can you tell me where?  I see other sites selling 7.5" barrels but I'm not so certain on their quality.

My kitty kat barrel came off a post sample MG. The SOT barely used it and wanted a 10.5" barrel instead. The SOT bought it in the early 2000s, but it's an older barrel, with rifle feedramps.

If i was going to buy a 7.5" right now it'd probably be a Noveske or a Rainier Arms barrel.

Still a few things to get done, but the Form 1 came in the other day so now I can show her off.

10.5" barrel

I will be getting a green rubber cover for the Aimpoint and green ladder rails to finish her off.

Dude, I own Page 88

Everything except the Aimpoint boot.  Was at the Dallas Gun Show last weekend and nobody had the boot.  Got several online finds so soon she will be protected.

Go to www.photobucket.com, sign up.  Connect your camera to your PC, upload the pics to first your computer, and then use that website to upload them to.  Then copy + paste the link it gives you that starts with [img].

or you could just use imgur.com and you don't have to worry about creating an account, more privacy, and a higher bandwidth limit.
