Has anyone had Scott's Silencer Service chop off the Keymo mount setup and convert to HUB thread? Looking for reviews or other shops that do this? TIA |

| I'm actually about to send in a Sandman K for the conversion. I've had Scott do an older AAC 762 SD that I was very happy with, and am currently waiting to get back a Specwar 556k and a Uzi barrel I had cut and threaded. They should be delivered back to me tomorrow in fact. |

Attached File Did it, he does great work. Pro tip: send him the Hub & Muzzle device you are going to use. Have him mock it all up and clock your baffles at BDC/6oclock, then weld. If your muzzle device does not include a blind pin hole, you can mark the 6 o’clock with a paint dot after you mock it up to your barrel with your required number of shims. This will help isolate any shift into the vertical axis only as you are eliminating as much as possible any horizontal shift. Cheers. |
