I have one of the first imported 10mm Stribog SBRs in Jail. Tagging this post, maybe I'll make a conjugal visit soon.

I have been looking around a lot and I have kinda narrowed it down to 3 choices and of course it there is quite difference in the price. The standard Stribog struck that you have looks good and is the cheapest. Next is the AK style the Zhukov stock, third if I can find one is the ACR style. I think that those three look the best. Each of course goes up a hundred bucks or so and from what I read the ACR one is not made anymore and can be hard to find. |

View Quote F5 Manufacturing is pretty much your only choice for an ACR style stock now. Magpul ACR’s pop up fairly often, but I don’t think I’ve seen one yet that went for under $400. |

There is a difference between how cool something looks in the pictures, and how well it runs. Many "cooler" looking stocks weigh a decent amount, whereas factory is extremely light, and just works - simple, and works. It also integrates with the gun, and is the only stock I know that actually pairs with the hidden slit/notch already cut under the front of the reciever, to lock closed that simple way. Cost me maybe $60 or so, which is nice too. |

In my 1X RDS, it's very visible and obstructs a lot of my view, which irks the Hell out of me, when I put something there. So I do off-set mount now, and bring it back to stay outside of my field-of-view. I'm using a removable mount, so normally just run the gun bare, and have it in bag to quick deploy. |

If you run a higher mount for your optic it works well. I run a couple set up like that. If I don’t run the higher optic mount like you it bugs the crap out of me and I move the light.
