Anyone here have an RFID lock fail on a Tactical Walls shelf? The RFID reader stopped working and I'm struggling to figure out how to open the thing. It's not dead or dying batteries, neither lock responds when passing the RFID card over the lock area. Tactical Walls offered a one page document that essentially said "stick a hook in the seam and yank down on the tray until the lock breaks". If that's the solution, so be it, but would like to see if anyone else has solved this unexpected problem. |
