| Go or no go? With a $250 gift card and a 10% coupon that I have, it seems harder to resist. Ignoring the B&T USA drama, what’s the consensus on this can? I’d imagine that it’s not the quietest, but it seems light and robust. |

i have one, ive shot it once or twice. im thinking about selling it. back pressure is good but its loud for as big as it is. with it being primarilly titanium, it gets hot quick. i do like the inconel insert to help with erosion and sparking; but i think for as large as it is, it should definately be quieter. mine just sits in a bin in the safe. i honestly would not be happy with the performance if i paid full pop for it. the B&T is spendy at 1050. plus you dont get to use that GC towards that purchase. id say just get a rhodie for 895.00 |

I like mine, enough to have a few. I’ve got two SCs, a full size, and the new 762. But there’s some caveats there. I’ve got lots of rifles and have lots of niches. I can find a use for things that an average user would find suboptimal. The XH line shines for being more durable than their weight would imply. They’re almost as light as a Ti, and almost as durable as an inconel. You don’t have to baby them, but you get the weight savings. That’s about it though. They’re flow-through but not as flow-through as some and I’d want a heavier buffer or spring at minimum on most rifles. They’re not terribly quiet either, and are outperformed in sound by most modern offerings in their size category. The 762 especially is fairly loud, but none of them are great. To me they shine on short barrels (inconel blast baffle) that you want to keep light (titanium body). A ‘work’ or ‘fighting’ or ‘walking’ rifle they’d be at home on. Their sound performance probably won’t woo anyone’s autistic little suppressor nerd friends. That’s what things like the Vent, JL, ST, Tisha etc are for. |

I have one and use it as my beater suppressor. I've fired a fair amount of FRT rounds through it and have had it very hot with minimal erosion on the inconel insert thing. Total amount fired in one session back to back mags was 180 rounds and it was smoking and turning red... It's not the most quiet suppressor I own but it's light and fairly effective. Back pressure is good, kind of on par with a Velos K or MCQ. If you can get a decent deal on it, I'd say go for it! It's extremely light with a plan B mount too, it feels like a toy when I grab it from the safe. |

I have the full size PRINT XH direct threaded on a 16” DDM4 V7. I chose the B&T for less gas to the face and its light weight. I also like that it only increases the bolt speed less than 2%, thus not beating the crap out of the rifle. As is, I feel the suppressor is hearing safe for a few shots without ear pro. One thing I have noticed, however, is that it is quieter with a Cole-TAC HTP suppressor cover installed. Looking forward to trying a Rhodie 6 on another AR. |

So, it may be temporary, but warranty support will continue through one organization or another. |

Light for the size, quiet enough, and low enough back pressure. Other cans will be quieter but heavier and/or higher backpressure. Not as low back pressure as a Hux 556K, but nothing is. I like the tone, and it's good for a few rounds with no hearing protection, but then again, I need hearing aids.....YMMV. Good can. Griping about non-perfection is easy, but every can makes a compromise of some sort. This one is no different. I may buy another, maybe the SC version. |

I have one and I like it overall. The blast chamber is quite large if you use a compact muzzle device like a rearden or direct thread, but if you use a longer muzzle device you may be a bit snug. I prefer the shorter Rearden brakes so I wish the blast chamber was a bit shorter for maybe one more baffle. Not the most quiet, but it’s light and hearty being material hybrid. Throw in a DD Zilch or other inset hub mount and you have a pretty short amount of length added to your setup. |

Have the full-size and the sc. haven’t shot the sc. Full size is decently quiet. Not as quiet as as my full back pressure cans but still good. Weight is crazy. The full size is lighter than all my other cans minus the sc. Frt fire was no issue for the can either. I’d probably buy one again. Just know they are pretty large. |

If you are interested in the flash performance of the B&T 556 Print-XH RBS, check out the video we made here to cover that ![]() B&T Print-XH RBS - Flash Suppression Series Episode 12 |
| I've seen reports and pics of B&T Print-XH RBS cans failing recently. A couple blew open during normal firing and at least one had the wall eroding where the serial number was located. B&T QC on wall thickness during the print is suspect but at least their Customer Service is good. |

I like it, to me its a shorter and lighter Flow556k. It is not quiet, but it gets the job done. Con is definitely the sparkiness, but even that isn't noticeable outside of NV shooting and even that calms down a lot after 500 or so rounds. I highly recommend them, but with all the recent reports of manufacturing related failures I would probably hold off. I got mine on initial release and it has been fine for about 2k rounds with a high fire rate and even FRT usage, so maybe only a recent development. Edit: Thinking about it some more, I honestly can't reccomend this can anymore. Cans like the Rhodie-K and HRT-5K (hub) do a better job while being shorter, cheaper and only an ounce or two heavier. Plus the materials used in these two cans just have significantly longer lifespans. |
