Liemke-Luchs 2

Looking for something to move around to various hunting rifles that I don’t have dedicated to thermal hog hunting. This unit caught my eye, the mounting options seem a bit clunky but I can’t find anything else that would work better.

What are you guys running? Budget isn’t a huge concern I just want the best setup.

Well, if budget isn't a concern....

Budget *was* a concern for me, I went with the Super Yoter C (with ADM Mount) after reading threads here and on the 'Hide'. Haven't kept up with the latest though, don't know what's out there now.

Clip IR ELR MK2.  Clip on capable easily up to 20x magnification.

Also has an amazing 1280 standalone mode.

IRAY Rh25 with all its versatile mounting options and uses is hard to look past.

I’ve put a lot of time on them. Is it the best clip on?
Probably not. However it’s a top contender

I’ve made 500 yard hits with ease. Both as a weaponsight and in clip on mode.

I took my clipIR ELR out to a local range today.

About 10am.  The blur on the left is looking past a tree.  Rack of steel targets hanging from firehose.  Leupold mk4 compact spotter on 12x mag.  767 yards
