URX 4 QD Removal

Any tips to removing the QD sockets from a URX 4? Someone was gracious enough to let me borrow the correct bit, but these things won't budge. I know there is threadlocker and I've used a heat gun and soldering iron to no avail. Am I going to have to break out a torch?

I can't help, but why remove them?

Have him spend the time to tape it off and plug the socket like a barrel with the rubber stoppers and spray. This will not be easy or the ideal way to Cerakote it if you wanna not get the QD socket rims etc.

Update: Got them out after using a torch. Tons of red loctite in there.

Yeah, we install them to be permanent.
No need to remove them for cerakote, just plug them.

No fault on you guys. They indeed were not moving without a substantial amount of heat.
