Does anyone have definitive information on what fits the Velocity system Gen IV and/or Gen IV placard map pocket. I am interested in either a zipper for the whole length, or possibly a 3 mag pouch. Or anyone who has done something interesting with that space. |

Called them, they were very helpful. Verified request and called me back in 10 minutes. The medium kangaroo pouch top will fit the Gen IV placard. There's a 12" long, 2" wide strip of velcro that runs in the middle of the map pouch. So either get corresponding velcro so that the pouch doesn't stay closed in the middle or place just where you need items. The 3 mag cell will fit, but there will be extra space as it doesn't take up the whole width. They did not recommend either product for the Gen IV standalone chest rig as the buckles are in front of the map pocket. |
