WZ-43/52 finish?

I have built and registered (Post sample) a Polish WZ-43/52, copy of the Russian PPS-43/52. I need to know was the finish paint or was it blued black?

Every Polish PPS-43 parts kit I've seen, and there have been many, have had a blued finish. This has been true for both the folding and fixed stock versions.
