That really sucks.  FYI that wasn't a dig on you, just wanted Gibson to know TW's politics before he spent money with them.

I figured.

Gibson, I have used an Ops-Core bump in the past, they're also pretty comfortable. They're in the process of rolling out a new version, so few places have them in stock. TNVC put them back up for sale when they severed ties with Team Wendy.

Let's get this thread back on track

CTOMS belt, took the outer off as it was way too bulky.
Gcode belt mount with SERPA holster for the M9
Small trauma kit with shears, HALO, israeli bandage, combat gauze, 2 NCD kits, 1 CAT
Pistol mag TACO
Rifle/pistol mag double decker TACO

I wear a gerber multitool and a fixed blade knife on my normal belt, don't wear this enough to move them at this point.

Are you using their pouches or the panels?  Could you use the outer belt with a different manufacture loop faced inner belt?

I  am using their panels for the pouches. I am also using  a different  1.75" inner belt,vs. The 2" wide  black belt that came with it.

Updated my belt a bit with a dedicated med pouch.  Also threw the dump pouch on there to see how it all fit.  Was comfortable around the house,  even sitting on the couch.

Upgraded my shit today.
Went from a pretty rudimentary (though well made) BDS Tactical Modular Belt Sleeve to a Tactical Tailor Fight Light Battle Belt. This got me a bit more realestate, and alot more comfort.

Current setup:
Tactical Tailor Fight Light Battle Belt
Tactical Tailor Cobra Rigger's Belt
Esstac KYWI triple mag holder
Leatherman MUT
Tactical Tailor Roll-up Dump Bag (Not the fight light one)
Zulu Nylon Tallboy IFAK
5.11/Bladetech Thumbdrive holster (on a drop& offset)

How do you like that dump pouch?

I tried the TT Fight Light dump pouch and was really unimpressed. It just seemed to small, and surprisingly hard to fish things back out of (without dumping all the contents on the ground).

Which holster is this? How do you like it? Finding a holster for the 45 tactical has been problematic at best.

Check out Off The Grid Concepts. I've bought two holsters from them (one for the FNX-45T, one for Glock) and both are/were fantastic They'll build them with G-Code RTI hardware if you so desire.

The full size roll up dump pouch is good to go.
I didn't like the fight light dump pouch because it's too narrow. I have my pouch right over my left butt cheek and it's much easier to drop a mag in the bigger pouch when you can't see what you're doing

It really is nice to free up the space... I use to run two AR mag pouches and decided One will due... I hesitate to put a IFAK and Dump pouch as I like the new stream lined effect. but I  miss the dump pouch.

That's exactly what this one is . Their thumb release mechanism doesn't function nearly as well as g-code's, but the holster is otherwise excellent. If I did it again, I would get the tactical version so I could use it with my airsoft fnx for practice. Outside of that, I'm pretty happy. Finding holsters is the one drawback to the fnx45.

I could use some feedback on this.

I'm a civilian, and I've got a "bump in the night" plate carrier that's setup to have anything I'd need in a quick emergency (1 rifle mag, 2 pistol mags for my EDC/nightstand gun, IFAK, ALS + QLS holster, flashlight, leatherman).

The belt is tri-purpose:
1. Augment my plate carrier for a long-term SHTF / #Texit / Zombie Apocolype™
2. Replace my plate carrier for a long-term SHTF / #Texit / Zombie Apocolype™ if I need to ditch the weight
3. Airsoft.

Currently (from left to right, when worn), it's:
2x Tactical Tailor Fight Light double AR mag pouches
1x Surplus flashbang pouch (currently holding an airsoft grenade...the only "airsoft-specific" item)
1x Tactical Tailor Fight Light flashbang pouch (radio, not shown)
1x Condor dump pouch (attached to the inner belt)
1x Canteen pouch (first aid kit)
1x Safariland UBL and QLS plate (idea is the holster moves from the plate carrier to the belt for a better draw)
1x Tactical Tailor Fight Light multitool pouch (the leatherman on my pants belt gets moved into that pouch when I put on the warbelt)

Belt, suspenders, and inner belt are all ATS. I sewed on a couple inches of extra velcro (black, slightly visible in the pictures to the inner belt so I can expand it 2-3" if I need to wear it on top of a jacket.

The biggest problem I had the last time I used this was getting to the radio. The radio's basically on my back, and with a wire run up to a headset it's a PITA to get back there, get the radio out, to change frequencies, plug the headset back in, and get the radio pouch closed again.

I would move the pistol holster to the belt...that way you can stay armed of not wearing the plate carrier.
Put your radio low on the back and to the side...easy reach for changing freqs
Everything else seems fine, each person has a different need.
Hope this helps bud!!

Looks like a nice clean serviceable belt to me.  What pouch is that for the AR mag?  Does it hold onto it well?

It's subjective of course, but in my opinion, yes.  They're very secure yet very fast.  If you want a pouch that will work with numerous different mags, then the TACO is a great pouch.  But if you only need it for AR mags, then the KYWI is by far my favorite.

TT isn't in the same category as ESSTAC or HSGI, TT is just a pouch the TACOs or KYWIs are a case.

The HSGI is great when you are changing between 762 and 556 a lot and don't want to change your whole kit but it's more of a pain to get a magazine back into them. I run them stateside because I use both calibers but when I'm not home I run KYWIs.

ESSTAC are amazing, hold their form.  Mags can be replaced or moved without thought and by one hand.

Best mag pouches on the market

Really?  Cool. I have TT pouches tat are just fine but I'd like to try something else just for the hell of it. I was thinking HSGI tacos but I'll look into theses too

They were the first pouches I bought. I do switch between 5.56, 7.62x39, and 5.45x39 so I went with the TT pouches. I like that I can run 1, 2, or 3 mags in each pouch (I only run one to keep size down). Plus I like the option to have have the flap to close or tuck behind the mags.

But those tacos look so tempting. I don't have any issues with my TT's but I guess I'm going to just have to try the tacos.

The radio's basically on my back, and with a wire run up to a headset it's a PITA to get back there, get the radio out, to change frequencies, plug the headset back in, and get the radio pouch closed again.

whatever that pouch is in front of your holster attachment, relocate it or get rid of it.
If it's your radio, move it to the first column on your weak side.

There should be nothing ever in front or above your pistol if you want a good smooth fast draw. Ever. EVER.

If it's a multi tool, there is extra no-reason for it to be on your pistol side

Have you been doing dry-fire draws to see if you like this setup?

It's a multitool pouch, and it doesn't interfere with the draw at all.

I've had a Leatherman Wave on the right side of my belt every day since January 2005. I've got so muscle memory built up there's no way it would be effective to move that.

The one common theme I am seeing with war belts... if your running suspenders, you have too much on it.

I'm not bashing anyone but I'm dumbfounded that anyone would use suspenders. One of the belts entire point is to put the weight on your hips and take it off of your back. Hips hood weight way better than your back. If I could I'd put everything on my belt and just run plates and a couple of mag pouches on my PC.

Suspenders?!  Yuk!

I've done things athletic enough to cause buckles to come undone.

In my case, the suspenders are just extra insurance.

And, I can unbuckle the belt to drop trou and not have to take it completely off my body.

For you guys running fixed blade knives on your belts, what kind of attachments are you using for the kydex knife sheathes?  I'm looking at having a sheath made for my gerber prodigy, and not sure what attachments I should get for it.

I attach mine to the molle with paracord through the grommet holes of the sheath.

Do a short holt on patrol, take a leak, report back your findings

It's really handy to be able to unbuckle and have it not fall off your body or have to put it down IMHO.

You're telling me you can't take a piss without removing your MOLLE belt- suspenders or otherwise?

I'm just tying it tight with paracord.  I haven't done anything with the belt outside of running with it on, but it hasn't loosened yet.
