I got my 80/90 locking pieces in yesterday for my MAC5K, and they fit insanely tightly. It took a soft wrapped channel lock to rotate them into position. I lubed them up really well and rotated each one a couple dozen times before disassembly, a bath in the ultrasonic, then reassembly. There were flakes of black paint in the ultrasonic afterwards, so I’m assuming it’s just crud that will wear in. Bolt gap is 0.017 compared to 0.018 factory so that’s good news at least. Anything to be concerned about with the keyway/channel being super tight though? No visible wear marks on the locking piece at least. |

| Put about 200rds through it tonight, mostly 124gr nato but a box of S&B subsonic. All in all in functioned well, but certainly had some hiccups that I believe are mag related more than anything as it was fails to feed and a single double feed when it barfed rounds into the receiver. I'll give everything a good once over this weekend. |
