Are the updated Scorpion Evo 3 + made in the USA?  Does Europe have the Scorpion Evo 3 +?

Last i knew, the receivers, lowers, handguards, barrels, trunnions, mag catch, bolt catch were all US made by various vendors and then assembled by Colt in Conn.
