So I just decided to SBR my TC Contender.
I'm also having 2 barrels cut down and threaded by Class 3 Machining. I've heard very good things about Class 3 turn around time., Think they can thread my barrels faster than the ATF can process a form 1 for a Trust? My last Form 1 was processed in 12 days. Form 1 was approved in 6 days, which included a weekend and th 4th if July. |

I don’t know who Class 3 is, but if you sent them to John Thomas, I would bet JT is faster than the ATF.
You should look into JT. He does a lot around here and is highly recommended. |

I have never done business with this company and have no dog in this fight.
But any time people joke about whether you or the ATF, DMV, or local building permit bureaus slower, it’s time to make some serious changes. |

My last project for him was to cut a barrel, crown and rethread it, shave the bayo lug and remove the flash from the tower, then re-park it all. 2 days. received it day one, it went back out the next day. |

Last Form1 was last year and took 30 days
Morgan last had a barrel some years ago for 4 days before it was sent back so in this race, Morgan by a LONGSHOT and he does great work to boot |

I shipped Sunday it to Morgan via Priority Mail. That should be a two day delivery based on the USPS map, Sunday doesn't count, it went into the system today, so he should have it by Wednesday. That should give him a week to work on them, and ship back to me and be about the same 12 days. But we got the 4th of July in there messing things up. |
