I did not see it mention in the compatible lowers sticky. I want to get my Link working with my Lima 6 belt fed upper and the Hydra magwell adapter lower. Has anyone used a Link in a Hydra lower? |

I have never used a Hydra lower with a RLL before and I have never put my hands on a Lima6 upper....but my experience after installing RLL into more non-standard host guns than I can count over the years is that if its roughly an AR15 pattern lower, uses an AR15 fire control group, and the bolt carrier upon recoil goes into the lower receiver buffer tube you can pretty much make it work with a RLL. That said it may very well not be anything close to plug and play and the lower may need to be clearanced/relieved, the upper modified, the carrier may have to be machined/welded up and/or modified, and you may be in store for making a custom RLL paddle as well to engage the bolt carrier. |
