Used it this in January - no issues. Now telling me to update my password - fine.
Cannot get it to email me the link for the temporary password. Been 2 hours.
Guess it is fubar'd again.
Need it working so I can do the SilencerShop update.

It did not. Cleared my spam folder first.

Looked again this morning in case it came overnight. Nope.

Will try a third browser today.

Got with a live agent. The Brave and Opera browsers had the wrong saved user name. I did a Form 1 in January - must have used Edge - go figure. Tried Edge - things worked.

Ran into the same issue last week. I think they may have screwed up an update.

Finally got it to work by using Edge instead of Brave.
