Anyone use XRT Engineered parts for a shorty 223 build or a 308 build? I'm wondering if the components sold are thick enough to deal with 10.5-12.5" AR pressures and/or 16"-20" 308 pressures. Thanks. |

The 1" stuff ( not sure he made anything but tubes for larger)? For .17 and I'd even try 5.7, but not .223 and definitely not. 308. Eta: I see the 1.36 stuff Be fine for not heavy use .223. Especially with <16" bbls (I only see ti in stock, 17-4 would help) I wouldn't use on .308 heavily The only 8" tubes are a bummer though. |
