Every USPSA/IPSC, 3-gun or [cough] IDPA I've been to, the range supplies the pasters Years ago, the local steel match was $1.00 or,..... a can of white spray paint.

No club I've been to has shooters bring tape/paint. Every once in awhile if I saw a good sale, I'd grab 6-10 cans of white and donate them. |
