I have the following for sale, I will add photos as needed. I prefer PayPal F&F or add fees for goods and services. Will also accept Zelle or Venmo. These items are cross posted so priority goes to time stamp and "I'll take it" over offers. Emails are dead, so PM for communication.
I am asking for $20 shipped for each set of tools and includes USPS Tracking. If you order another set I will knock off $5 each, so 2 sets is $35 shipped, 3 sets is $50, etc.
I have 12 sets of each available and can print more as needed
All tools are printed from USA made materials which are Carbon Fiber reinforced PETG. This prints hot for great layer adhesion, is tough, and impervious to gun solvents. Wait for the can to cool down to handling temperature before you use the tools. Do not use on a HOT can.
Oculus Tools album link I hated trying to get the extended module baffles to align with the main baffles in my Rugged Oculus suppress as they always turn when you crank down on the end cap.
I designed and printing my own alignment rod and improved end cap tool and been using it for about a year.
The rod is tapered for easy start as well as a tight fit to the keyways. It includes a 1/2" bore near the handle to beef up that interface and fit tight near the threads so it wont move around.
The end cap tool back side has a 1/4" square drive and inner dimple to lock onto most 1/4" drives that have a spring plunger ball.
The end cap tool is sharply knurled on the outside for positive grip in use and includes a divot to easily place your finger in to hold pressure while you turn the tool or can quickly to loosen or tighten. I recommend only using the square drive as needed to remove a stubborn end cap. All installation should be done hand tight.
Set includes 1 end cap tool and 1 alignment rod.
Obsidian Tools album link
The Obsidian cans have always bugged me to not have an end cap tool, so I made one which is solid and tight and doesn't rip apart in use.
The front side is the end cap tool, the reverse side includes a cut out to use with piston assembly as well as an additional tool to use for the 3lug assembly. Both sides include a divot to easily place your finger in to hold pressure while you turn the tool or can quickly to loosen or tighten. The tool is also sharply knurled on the outside for positive grip in use.
Set includes 1 end cap / piston tool and 1 three-lug adapter tool
Rugged 30 cal can Tools album link
The Surge (Radiant, Razor, Micro, etc) includes the knurled front end cap, much like the Oculus and includes the 1/4" square drive on the back side as well. The wrench is a ground up re-design of this model here credit to user Tma70. I started fresh in CAD and beefed up the lug, made it more ergonomic instead of square, and thinned out the loop on the top to fit under an MCX top rail.

Set includes 1 end cap tool and one locking collar wrench.
