But you haters forget that way south of Gondor was the illustrious kingdom of Wakandoria. Melkor sent his bestie, young Sauron, to destroy it in the First Age. It's peoples, the ones that survived, fled north and were absorbed into those kingdoms. The rest were captured and corrupted in Angband prison. This explains why orcs you see revived by Sauruman were dark skinned. Orcs were corrupted southern Elves.
This was never chronicled by the men of the West because what young Sauron and Melkor did to those good peoples was too horrible to even record... Duh. |

Tolkien created the LOTR world as a mythology for one that didn't exist for the British Isles. All of his characters reflected this. The "diversity" imposed in this is like having Caucasian Samurai or Incas or Zulu.
