closing my eyes (somehow I managed) and gazing into the future, I see a younger version of your wife (an older version of your daughter) approaching the porch at 1045 PM with a young man, and you sitting there with the shotty across your lap. You toss out a casual "kinda late aint it?"
and she says "oh daddy! That's so embarrassing!"
then walks up, takes the gun, chambers a round, tells you "I got this," and spins around to say "Kind of late, ISN'T it? Now go home"

Love the pics. Especially the smiles! Make sure you and your loved ones wear safety glasses.
Been married for 21 years and my wife shoots good but doesn't really like guns that much. Kids like it a little bit.
Would love to get her more involved. I just joined a local gun club and will start taking her more when it warms up.
She hates earplugs but likes the noise silencing ear muffs I just bought her.
We both had our CWP for about 6 years and she rarely carries. Me, always carry when legal.
Just thought I would check out the ladies forum for tips for my wife.

This was the prototype for the first group purchase AR, I believe.

Here's my wife after shooting her first AR and first time shooting a rifle. I bought it for her ??th birthday present (she won't let me fill in the ?? with a number). We were driving through town on the Saturday after the last presidential election when she saw the Guns and Ammo sign and said to me "Do you think we need to stock up on guns and ammo?". I ran a few cars off the road turning in their driveway. 30 minutes later she had her birthday present. Since then she has added a Springfield XD 9mm subcompact and a CCW license.

Thanks! I usually lean a little bit more into it, but I was thinking too much. It was the first time to shoot it since we turned it into a grendel.

And yeah that is the same glock. Its the hubby's new toy. But I loooovve it!!
