Complete Yankee death day! Shame we are in the AL so we don't need to account for reactions for when our manager pulls one of our best players as a part of a double switch only to see the game go 13 innings and have to suffer through two more at bats where a Mendoza line player is hitting instead. Shame. No strategery. Anyways. Do it As. Fuck the Yankees. |

Maddog Russo was all over The Opener today. The upside to the Yankees winning is that it drives a Mac truck through The Opener idea. If the Brewers can lay an egg this evening with their opener, then maybe it will put this shit to bed for a while.

Jesus that game almost killed me. Brewers blew several chances to add on(which they can't do going forward) and I knew by the second batter of the 9th Jeffress didn't have his stuff. Very lucky to get out of the 9th tied.
In the end, the bullpen game worked out and puts the Brewers in a very good position with Chacin starting game two. |

I'm an AL guy, but the only surviving AL team I don't hate is the Astros. On the flip side, I'm completely cool with the idea of seeing the Braves, Rockies, or Brewers make it to the classic.
I think the Brewers have more in common with KC than just Cain and Moose, so that's the team I'm pulling for. My hope is, the Astros sweep the shit out of everyone in the AL and suffer the sweep curse against the Brewers in the WS. |
