There's a Japanese guy on Youtube who makes knives out of spaghetti.

You want to talk shit over a 4-3 win where your team almost wild pitched itself into a loss?

Miggy did move to within two hits of Frank Robinson though. Missed #498 and a game tying grand slam by two feet.

It was pretty good. The sauce is almost like cocktail sauce but not quite. And because of the boiling from the heat, the beer/sauce slurry reduced down so it was thicker than ketchup.

The only thing I will do different next time (I have half a bottle of the Secret Stadium Sauce left) is toast the bun with garlic butter.

But it was a good brat.

And I have some for lunch tomorrow.

Dinner tomorrow is BBQ ribs using the spicy BBQ sauce my favorite Texican sent me.

And more Coors.

As promised (and just in time for tonight's game with the Filthies):

The ribs: babyback pork
The rub: Famous Dave's
The sauce: Bodacious BBQ Hot Jalapeno mixed with honey and Maker's Mark bourbon for the sweet and spicy.
The wood: hickory
The potato salad: mustard
The corn: sweet and buttered
The beans: Bush's Original
The dishes: Fiestaware
The pistol: Beretta 92FS with Wilson Ultraslim grips (due to my Hobbit hands)
The reloads: Federal 115gr JHP (way less snappy that 135gr)
The gun leather: Galco Combat Master OWB and magazine
The knife: USCG Ka-Bar (I gave it to my dad years ago and he can no longer have it)
The beer: Coors

So, judge away.

I liked the sauce. It wasn't real hot, but it leaves a nice tingle on the tongue. Thanks again for it.

I know some people look down on the more pedestrian beers like Coors, but Big Enos Burdette didn't send Bandit and Snowman to Texarkana for 400 cases of some fruit microbrew.

OK, the food works for me.  Meat maybe a bit underdone but then despite having a higher than normal percentage of Neanderthal genes I like my food COOKED.

The big problem here is - COORS?  WTF?  I mean it would be OK with a shot of good tequila or bourbon but stand alone COORS.  That's something a Yankees fan would drink.

(ducking down in case that Beretta can hit me here in Arizona).

All of that looks awesome and would smash. Coors Banquet is still very awesome beer.
