Well, thanks to Kai finally hitting 315 on a bench press, I had to up my game again.

My pecs and triceps were screaming by the end of my workout but I hit a new 4 rep max.  I'll worry about the 1 rep later.

Barbell flat bench

135 x 10
225 x 8
315 x 6
375 x 4

Rest of workout, blah, blah, blah, because 375 x 4.

Good question.  I don't do it very often.  

Every once in a while, I'll let myself be talked into it for a month or two.  Last time, I did it for 3 weeks and was hitting 405 on my last set.  Never really tried to stick with it or max it out.

pay more attention to the running portion at SE.  it will be interesting to see the times.

Actually, it was 4:25 and I hadn't ran in 7 years, except for 2 miles I did a week prior to this.  Including a 5 minute warmup and 5 min cool down, it was about 23 mins.

I suppose I'll get up early-ish and run tomorrow.
