might sign an offer on a property tomorrow or Wednesday. Not very excited over it though... i feel that it is worth more, but i need to work on it a little more..and i am not in the mood to work on it.

First post of the day. Got an email from Quigley that a van I have there is done. Looks like I'll be making a 12 hour round trip drive next week sometime. This is the second van that this customer has purchased from me and we will be going to get it ourselves. The guys at Quigley have promised us a tour of the facility. Should be an interesting trip.
