When I was 21 I got stopped for 107 in a 35 zone.
It was along an airport in an industrial area where people often raced cars and I had a brand new Camaro. Cop gave me a ticket for 54 which at the time was enough to avoid reckless driving. Yes, I did learn my lesson! |

Cop is a fairy. Back in '68 when I got back from Nam the boys all were doing 120+. Cars and speed is about as American as it gets.
Write the ticket and book em and stop the carrying on. It's illegal, but it's not unusual behavior. You'd think this cop is stopping a sodomy session behind a five and dime. |

I got pulled over for doing “92” in a 65 in my 93 Mazda. As the cop was screaming at me and threatening to arrest me and impound my car all I could think was how the day before I was doing 160 down that exact same strip of highway. Ticket ended up being $350. But really those eco boost or v6 mustangs must be really slow, 120 isn’t much.
