Nice job My goal for the end of the year is to be able to simply drop and do 5 push-ups. Hell, drop and do ONE push-up. Dr appointment in 2 weeks. Whatever a did to my left shoulder a year or so ago when trying to get back into shape is real bad. So it is dieting and exercise bike for now. Had to humble myself and pull all weight off the bar for a bench press, and that is a struggle (especially with a wide grip. With thumbs touching each other, no pain). Tried my wife's THREE POUND Jane Fonda dumb bells, and the left arm made it about 6 inches down before it collapsed. Bummer....but we will get it fixed and back to a set of 50 each morning, which is probably how I hurt it over the years. |

I look forward, as much as you do, to seeing progress and inspiring others. |
