Quoted: I am so proud of everyone in here getting after it, day after day after day after day. Collectively, what do we want to achieve this year? I told my son if he keeps up the 11/day he'll have over 4k by the end of the year. I got a co-worker starting his day with 25 every morning too. |

Quoted: 322 last week, only 311 this week. Had a light day Wednesday. Did my sets this morning with my feet on a chair. The push ups weren’t that difficult, but I really felt it in my abs and lower back. I think i’ll make that a regular thing now. You will enjoy the change. Later in your exercises, consider doing 2 different heights of "platform" to target different areas. Attached File I would start at the tallest one, do 10 reps. move laterally without putting my feet or knees on the floor 10 reps repeat the lateral move 30 reps It was quite a challenge on the days I incorporated that. |

It was nice getting to 11,000 yesterday. As I look at the pace of this, I have come to the realization that I can likely finish the challenge by my 46th birthday. Average daily production is at 207.55 and that means another 188 days are needed to complete the work. Today marks 188 days exactly until I turn 46. This tells me one thing: up your production. There may come a time where you cannot get to the floor and do multiple sets of 50. So work on it now, and give yourself margin. Every set of 50 I do now is one less I have to do later. It also creates room to to beat the challenge earlier, and work on other fitness aspects with greater focus. So many of us here are giving the effort that this requires, and it is a wonderful aspect that we're taking the challenge seriously. Keep getting after it, gentlemen. The work we do now shapes us and gives us an edge that most people don't achieve in their life. Be the example that inspires someone else. |
