Do you have access to the edge of the network? If so you could set the pi up as an ssh server and use an stunnel to rdesktop into the VM server. If not, you could run a reverse ssh session into a server you control somewhere and use that to gain access to the network. That said, if I was admin of the network I wouldn't let any of those solutions fly, including logmein. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

My bill to is [email protected] I have PC's or voicemail servers (running on windows pro or windows servers) with logmein that I use make changes to or t/s systems via a suite of programs installed on the logmein client machine. If the Pi device can give me remote access to the client network I can then use the web based admin or if the Pi device is robust enough, I can install a Lite version of my admin suite. All I need is access to the network and the pbx control unit and/or the voicemail server. (almost typed vm server, which is a totally different thing to IT guys) Do you have access to the edge of the network? Heck most SME customers aren't running any firewalls at all, just the internet provider's router. I understood what you typed, but have no idea how to implement it. I'm a phone guy, not a network guy. Everything I know networking wise has been self taught just to keep up with the phone side. |

I bought batteries off of amazon for my 20 year old makita drill. Yay.
And got a crap ton of dog treats for another 6 bucks. |

There are 3 in the EE, 9mm, .38super, .45acp, for $1100. Thinking it's not that bad of a price, one is NIB. Other two have boxes and all accessories. I only have 6 pistols, I could use more.

Once debt is down to just the mortgage, we'll be able to take pay cuts and still be OK when we decide to move. Gotta put a roof on the house soon, though. Probably going to do a metal roof, as a tear-off and shingles will probably cost more.

The other part, well likes his toys. I know it sounds dumb, but I watched Into the Wild the other day and thats what I want to do so bad. Other than the dying at the end. |
