I assume you're talking about headspace gages. Headspace gages don't check the throats. When you buy brand new barrels, you don't expect to have to check that (or buy the gages to do it). |

Oh yeah, I got a first round hit (actually 4 out of first 5) at 500 on (36”) steel hold was about 3.6 mils high (14.5” barrel). Got multiple hits on 12” steel at the same range. |
