I don't know Mossberg's financials but as most everything they sell is in the lower priced range I'm guessing their margins are lower than Remington or Ruger. Also, mossberg moved the majority of their production out of Connecticut after they passed their law. So this company not only talks the talk, they walk the walk. I'm impressed. Meh. Congrats on 200 years. It's a real shame what FG has done to Rem and all other companies they have taken. I bought what I mistakenly thought were new old stock 870's, a walnut 870P. At least one review claimed their gun dated from like 1995 or so, so I took a shot. I ended up with a brand new 2016 model 870P. It's no match for my old Wingmaster traps, but better than the Express garbage I am seeing in stores. Much better. Just not sure what the above link has to do with Mossberg.
