A lot of current and formers, but "Miss Fuzzy Britches" would have to be my favorite worst actress of all time.

Traci Lords. Mostly because of that one sci-fi show she was on. There was a hidden alien invasion going on, but the main character was too wrapped up in chick-of-the-week BS. Traci Lords (with red hair, black pleather, and lots of guns) killed aliens on the regular when she was on the show.
