These air quality alerts have never bothered me before.

Yesterday I had a really sore throat, chest hurt, and a pounding headache.

Bad air is bad for you.  I would limit outdoors exposure and wear a mask.

My boy wants to go do Airsoft..... Nope, not today kid.

This stuff is giving me really bad headaches. I don't want to breath it in anymore than I have to so I am definately not running around outside.

Shenandoah Valley is at 155. Mild asthma isn’t enjoying it that’s for sure. Neighbor works for SNP and said they’re expecting a fun day of hiker in distress calls.
