But right now, it looks like a political witch hunt and a coup by DC, and others, to discredit and influence our election. Attempting to silence the good and descent people of Alabama through the use of intimidation, we call that election tampering. The democrats use to ride around at night, wearing white robes and masks, to do this sort of things. Now they just do it in the open and call it journalism, hiding behind the mask of the 1st amendment. |

Those asshats and their fellow travelers have spent decades mocking and deriding Southerners, for whom Alabama residents serve as a convenient archetype. But now that they acknowledge that they've done so, we should all be "friendsies" and listen to them? They think it's that easy? 
ETA: call it "bad blood" or whatever... but I don't think people in AL are interested in the opinion of New Yorkers. And I don't remember who said it, but our current political struggle is to-the-death. Liberals are fighting for supremacy... Conservatives are fighting for survival. |

I never let their condescending attitude succeed in making me do things with due diligent types of verifications for example.............just stuck to the facts, numbers and said so many times to their accountants and attorneys........."I am sorry you are going to have to slow down and explain this further because the numbers do not match what you are saying..........please make this clearer to me because I am simply not getting what you are saying, blah, blah, blah...." INVARIABLY it was a fucking ploy by them attempting to intimidate me into doing things that would unfairly benefit their clients..........they would almost IMMEDIATELY back off and drop the issue they were arguing about. At that point I KNEW I had the upper hand because I caught them in their dishonesty. Yes, with my big mouth, I let them know I knew this and would simply be the one who became rather condescending. "Sorry sir, you tried to pull the wool over my eyes with those old, aged uncollected accounts receivable values.........so why should I believe what you are explaining now, blah, blah, blah." It is a tangled web one weaves when one chooses to deceive.

But right now, it looks like a political witch hunt and a coup by DC, and others, to discredit and influence our election. Attempting to silence the good and descent people of Alabama through the use of intimidation, we call that election tampering. The democrats use to ride around at night, wearing white robes and masks, to do this sort of things. Now they just do it in the open and call it journalism, hiding behind the mask of the 1st amendment. I think the imagery of using the dogs and fire houses on the NY Lawyer at the end might be over the top though. Maybe someone hands him a bus ticket and puts him on a North bound Greyhound.
