These women aren't just lying to smear the judges name and reputation, they are trying to sway the election. Is that an election law violation? Or can you lie all you want in the context of a campaign and only worry about libel suits?

Wow so another swamp/MSM attempt to effect another US election has failed and been proven to be absolute BS.
I hope Moore files law suits against those who were coaxed into this latest 'dossier-yearbook' fake forgery. I'm willing to give the women immunity though if they testify as to who approached and coached them so we can expose and prosecute them. |

Would it be constitutional to install cameras with facial recognition capabilities at all polling places to ensure that those voting were not felons or illegals? The cameras would not be recording whom someone voted for, just who voted.
|
|
Felons can vote in AL. I wish they got their gun rights back at the same time. Libs would lose their fucking minds.
ETA: there has been a big push to register felons over the last few weeks, up until the deadline before the election. |

RCP Average: Moore +3.8%. Last 5-polls show Moore in the lead over a range of 3% to 7%. Three of the last five polls are within the margin of error. It will be close. Close enough for the proglodyte dems to cheat their way to another senator. |

About 48 hours until the lying libs (not progressives) reignite their melt down when Moore shows a commanding lead in actual vote...not polling lies.

I'll be SO glad when this election is over. I can't ever recall being so completely sick of the BS radio ads, television ads, direct mailings and robocalls. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Makes me happy I didn't change my cell number when I moved here years ago.
Looking forward to voting for Moore and winning the cash on Predictit. |

View Quote So while it would likely get a State sued and they would likely lose the way things are now, the constitution itself doesn't prohibit what you suggest. However, it should be noted that in many States it is legal for felons to vote. Honestly, based on my experience, they biggest source of fraud is likely to be absentee ballots, not in-person voting. I've seen suspicious ballots of this sort while working elections. When people bring stacks of the things to turn in all in the same handwriting that raises some red flags. |

So if there is a libel suit, how far can discovery go? Far enough to review an accusers bank records?

The Senate leadership will forget about these accusations against Moore for two reasons:
1. Moore can't be convicted of a crime, so there will be no criminal charges to investigate. 2. The Senate doesn't want to set a precedent. They don't want hearings every time a Senator is accused of sniffing some poon-tang. |

I listened to some liberal faggots on a AZ radio show this morning. They were practically crying, saying Moore would win by 8 points and "The people of Alabama will confirm what we always thought about them, and none of it is good."
To the people of Alabama, thankyou for helping slap down fake news again, and thankyou for the large dose of liberal tears I will be ingesting tomorrow. |

rush was talking about the fox poll it was a roughly equal sample... in a state that went to trump by 28 percent... just stupid

If the election goes as many of us expect someone @Fox should be fired. View Quote No doubt Fox news polls are run by Deep State/RINO/Dems. They were not very good during last year's presidential election/primaries and they still suck now. Alabama is a plus R +22 state as Mitchell looked at the Alabama demographics, and Fox's internals have it weighed to R+2. Always look at the poll details when they make them public if they do. However, Emerson at times was dead on and were not off by much in other polls.
