The federal minimum wage in the U.S. is too low and should be raised - That's good business for Amazon.  They're near the front of automation and getting rid of unskilled manual labor.  If they can force their less automated competitors to have to pay more for labor, it helps Amazon a lot.  Costco is right there along side them asking for this.  Costco pays small numbers of highly skilled laborers above $15/hour already.  Walmart pays large numbers of low skilled laborers near minimum wage.  If the federal minimum wage goes to $15, Walmart gets hosed; Amazon and Costco don't notice.

If yes, we should only hire female engineers.  If no, we should only hire men engineers.  If they're on average equally qualified, we should hire the best person for each job and not make a fuss about inclusion.  Now repeat for every protected class.

We strongly support the rights of immigrants and immigration reform - This statement is mushy handwaving to avoid having to state a stance. I too strongly support the rights of immigrants and immigration reform: build the wall; imprison employers who use illegal labor; seize illegals' property, imprison them for one year in Sheriff Joe's outdoor jail, then deport them; enact a new immigration lottery system that only allows the best people we can steal from other countries.
