I had that once when I was maybe 5 or 6 in the early 70s. I hurled after eating it and never ate it again.

I don't know if it was the cereal or if I was already sick but it was a turnoff.

Until now after your post I never remembered the name of the cereal,  only the shape and there was a clown on the box.

Well, if you're about my age, 61, you may remember when our laundry detergent came with towels or wash cloths in the box.

And I still have one of these knives out in the garage.

The old Western Auto Christmas wish list catalogs.

I'll bet I marked every single action revolver in the catalog.

I don't remember that but I do remember my mom collecting a whole.glass ware set from dish detergent.

I still have some of the glass ware from then, back in the 70s.

This communications device hung on the wall, usually between the kitchen and living room.
It was used when you wanted to ask a girl out on a date.
If you were lucky your family, who was always in one of those two rooms, would wait until you were finished before the teasing/interrogation began.
No privacy.  No texting.  No pictures of her private parts.

My parents had a car and a pickup with them, in the early 70s (maybe?).  I don't remember ever driving a vehicle with them.  Not even in friends' old pickups.

We used to take the caps and score them on the ground with a quarter.

The red rings one, too. Smashed those with a hammer.
