Recipes from the 60s and 70s, where the Jello mold cuisine reigned supreme and if making something into a loaf was an option, it was nearly mandatory.  Fortunately my Mom wasn't much of a ham loaf / Jello seafood mold adherent, but I remember these depressing looking cookbooks littered around the house for a while.
