I think she is very attractive, and a wonderful voice. I can understand she is not for everyone.

I saw her when it was still Evanescence with Ben Moody at the Bardavon
in Poughkeepsie . It's a smaller opera house from the 1800's . Fourth row center seats . After the mid set break she came out alone and did a slower piano only version of My Immortal . It was without a doubt the best solo performance I have ever seen , in person or on video . Her voice astounding and her piano playing was flawless . You could hear a pin drop during the performance which was followed by a five minute standing ovation . Then I saw her again after the split at radio city music hall and she sounded like crap . Missing notes and skipping words . I'm pretty sure she was drunk . |
