I guess I am lucky.

Typical consumption varies between 1200-2000 (max) a day.

I've always fluctuated between 160-170 and am 5'11".

Fairly active.

5'11" 160lbs is little.

One of the reasons girls "Don't like short guys" is honestly, because a 5'7" guy might be ~165lbs at that height, and many women today are pretty close to that.
They then launder the "I feel kinda "big" for a girl" into the height thing.

5'11" is practically half a foot taller, to be that weight? That's a wiry frame for sure.

This actually is an issue, you eat to your plate.

Salad plates used to be 6", dinner plates 8". Then dinner plates went to 10".

Then salad plates went to 8" and dinner plates went to 12".


Start using 8" plates. You'll eat less, and feel more full than using a 10" or 12" plate.  A 12"  plate is big enough to be a serving platter for 4 - seriously.

OMAD works for me and I stay 155lbs +/- 5lbs. I'm an inch taller than OP too. Farm/ranch work does it as does busting my ass in a machine shop.

People over think eating. Has nothing to do with portions or counting calories. It is all about as eating as little carbs and processed foods as possible and eating as much natural protein and healthy fats as you can. The healthy fats take the place of carbs for your body to burn for energy. You do this and you can eat as much as you want.
