Years ago my friend put his dog out if it's misery with a shotgun blast to the head. I couldn't do the same but he felt like he needed to be the one to take care of it.

This is my Kitty Kitty. She showed up as a stray kitten. I subsequently had her spayed and declawed. I wouldn’t have kept her otherwise.

He was trying to put it out of it's misery but the bears brain is so small the 223 rds where hitting the skull but not killing the bear. The bear had both back legs broken or a spinal injury, it was hit by a car at about 10 at night. A hunter finally pulled up , saw what was going on and asked the trooper if he could finish it, he shot the bear in the head with a 12 ga slug, that did it. |
