Quoted: I love when a democrat gets arrested. Finally some law & order. View Quote It probably came as a serious shock to a New Yorker. The law actually gets enforced here. We have a less than average amount of stupid laws but you should really try not to break the ones we have - our cops are allowed to do their jobs, and they’re mostly good at their jobs. |

I love a story with a happy ending!!
Now the asshole has a story to tell all his Leftist friends in NY about how it's somehow Trump's fault he got arrested. |

I'm from NY, and yes I'm surrounded by these a-holes.
I hate this state and it's residents. |

Howabout setting up a bait car then filming it. Pick'em off one by one.

Pulp Fiction - Don't F with another man's vehicle |

No stickers on a vehicle for any political statement, or even what college team you support. But depending on what part of Florida, and who witnessed it, the guy is lucky he isn’t making insurance claims for the hospital bills from a beating for his actions.

Quoted: On the one hand, keying somebody's car is a serious dick move. On the other hand, arrested and charged with a felony? Ouch. I would have expected a fine and restitution to repair the victim's truck, but a felony is kind of shockingly harsh, especially considering some of the shit people walk after doing. View Quote I think the punishment, restitution, and sentencing comes during the trial\court phase. I don't think that gets decided at the time of him being arrested. Cops don't do the actual sentencing..... unless it's a death sentence. The cops charged him at the highest level, and the rest will be decided by the judge in court. |

Because #1, FJB and because #2 Scratch the shit out of it, I don't give a shit how it looks BUT......I got a lot of thumbs up and waves and zero scratches. 81 million votes my ass Attached File |

He gets to spend the night in stock island jail ??
Judging by the pictures i used to see in the paper and online when I lived in the Keys it's going to be a rude awakening for him. He'll be in the paper/ online this week too. |

View Quote Yep, you don't touch another person's car. TDS or not I'd have been OK with the cop stopping on the way to the station, removing the cuffs (don't want to injure the gators) and tossing him in one of the canals- you just don't touch another man's vehicle. |

You can see his wife at the 2 minute mark walking away like she's not that surprised. He must rant about Orange Man for hours on end after getting worked up from his daily dose of Rachell Madd-Cow.

Quoted: felony theft in FL appears to be $750. so, $750+ in paint damage should be a felony as well. the victim is out at least $750 in either case, so why would keying a car not have the same punishment? View Quote It’s probably even lower. Heck $400 in vandalism is a felony in California |

Liberals are terrible fucking people - PERIOD! When I see some dipshit wearing their mask all by themselves in their car driving down the road with a Biden sticker, I don't get infuriated and think "I should fuck with their stuff". I simply recognize that they are a fucking idiot, and go on with my day.

People like this guy, or the crazy women in the Alec Baldwin thread would certainly engage in illegal activity to cheat in an election to overthrow the United States Government and Constitution.
It’s a good thing there’s only the two of them in our entire country of over 330M people. It looks like people like me have been wrong about the 2020 election, and the never_TRUMPers we’re right. Right? |

People like this are stupid and it possibly takes something like this, or maybe not, to see how they have affected not only others but people in their own daily lives. It is sad to see people react to something so insignificant as a sticker and to have the mindset to then hurt someone because of it. It is amazing at how many evil acts are started like this.
