There were no unwanted sexual advances prison scenes in that movie. Not entirely accurate, especially considering the movie was based off CDCR inmate subculture. But a great film nonetheless.

In Shot Caller.

The first night in prison some new inmate gets gang raped when the guard steps away from the desk. The protagonist lays in his bed listening to it. The whole film was basically about what a guy will do to avoid getting buttfucked in prison.

Who would watch that scene and believe the prisoner was raped? I never even considered it, torture to gain information was very clearly the goal.

It was left to the viewers imagination.  I guess a lot of people's imagination is gay.  I got the impression he was getting the ever loving shit beat out of him and the water bottle was for later.  The crotch in the face was a machismo dominance thing thing to me.  Nobody is going to be comfortable with tied hands and some dudes crotch in their face and he was suddenly not so smug anymore.  Actually sticking your dick in a prisoner's mouth that's getting tortured sounds like a fantastically poor idea to me.

Did ANYONE seriously think that BDT raped the Mexican Cartel Dude?

Hell No, but BDT sure waterboarded him ...big time!

That was the whole point of the water jug & drain on the floor so viewers could add 1+1 for waterboarding to make him talk.

He waterboarded him.  This is foreshadowed when they show the jug of water next to the drain in the floor.  When he shoves his crotch in the guy's face it's just to invade his personal space and menace him.  The struggling you hear at the end of the scene is them getting him in position to waterboard him.  Sorry male on male rape fans but no rape happened.

A normal white collar man joins the Aryan Brotherhood eventually rising to lead the gang all to keep his donut hole safe from random BBC.

It should have won academy awards.

ETA: It is a good commentary on how the correction industry in America can turn non violent offenders into monsters.

People think he raped someone in a movie.

There's this phrase, "the seriousness of the charge" which pretty much means that even if he didn't, just being accused of it casts doubt on all of his further actions in situations like this.

Probably didn't rape the guy. But probably guilty of all other rape he's accused of lol..
